The process of moving accounts is scheduled to start mid-November and will continue for several weeks. The only inconvenience you may experience is that during the short time your move is taking place—about 24 hours—you won't be able to make changes to your Web site or access your Shared Sites or Business Applications. Your public Web site will remain accessible to visitors. You'll receive more details in an upcoming e-mail message, plus notification one day before your site's move. - 和什么email address联系cancel services？
- 需要核实的个人信息(名、姓、联络Email、电话号码)在什么地方可以得到？因为不是很确定申请时填写的是什么信息了。
- 域名释放出来后，MIT会收费么？
- 如果收费，如何cancel这个域名？
很快就收到Pal的回复：
# Pal Says (十一月 3rd, 2006 at 11:07 am ):我通过http://www.whois.net查询了foolbear.net的Whois信息，并按此更新了live account的注册信息。然后通过http://support.officelive.live.com联系客服，其实就是填写一些信息，提交后就等待回音吧。
你可以尝试通过http://support.officelive.live.com页面与客服联系，记得表达清楚意图，取消服务或者改变服务类型等，当然最好说明一下Help中所给的连接失效等等。成功联系后他会要求你提供一些信息的，这个你按照说明去做就OK了，如果是你说的个人信息问题，你最好在发信之间将你Live Account中的信息修改为与域名Whois一致，这样可以避免某些麻烦，当然具体怎么操作都是以你的信息不像假的为前提的。
他们同意取消服务后，会给你一个域名的Key。这个key可以用于转移域名，具体他在信件中会说明。如果你暂存在MIT，那是免费的，到期之后如果不需费的话会自动被K掉的；如果要转入其他域名商，那就更简单了，连续域名商，让他们帮你吧。

刚才收到Microsoft Customer Support的email，的确像Pal文章《【live】如何转出Office Live的域名/如何取消Office Live服务》所说的那样，先是推荐你继续玩Office Live Essentials，说是对你的业务是多么有用；然后说你可以继续试玩Essentials，直到beta结束；如果真的确认取消Essentials服务，请提交并确认注册信息...
我立刻回了email，明确表达了我取消Essentials服务的决心，并提供了相关资料，希望能尽快quit出来。
