刚才我试了一下在我的Alcatel SpeedTouch 511e上设定Routed PPPoE - Always-on方式，成功了！
VPI/VCI果然是8.81，上次Alcatel的工程师果然没有糊弄我。最要感谢的是上次上门的电信工程师，是他告诉我，要把HUB拿掉，直接在ADSL的LAN端口上设定Routed PPPoE - Always-on。原来我就是不知道这一点才会屡次失败的。
